How long does the Program Run for?

The Sleep Soundly Program runs for 4 sessions that can be delivered weekly or fortnightly depending on your preference. Across this period, you’ll receive personalised 1:1 sessions with a clinical hypnotherapist, along with practical tools, and guided hypnosis recordings to help you regain persistent replenishing sleep naturally.

What if I need more sessions?
Everyone’s journey is different, and you may benefit from extra support. If you’d like to extend your progress beyond the 4-week Sleep Soundly Program, extra 1:1 sessions can be purchased at the reduced program rate, giving you continued personalised care tailored to your needs.
