How many Sessions will I need?

What is Clinical Hypnotherapy?

During a session, the trained Hypnotherapist helps you relax and focus, allowing you to more effectively explore and alter certain thoughts or behaviours that are no longer serving you. Even though you’re in a relaxed state, you’re still in full control. You can choose what information you want to take on board and what information is not relevant or helpful to you. Can Anyone be Hypnotised?
