Our Story
Welcome, I’m So Glad You’re Here!
Founder Story
I was the kid who always showed up. Uniform pressed, homework done, never late. One morning, a friend of mine — notorious for the opposite — arrived on time for once. The teacher handed her a chocolate Freddo. A reward for showing up.
I wasn’t upset about the chocolate. I didn’t have the words for it then. But that small moment pointed to something much bigger: the system notices absence. It responds to struggle, to falling short, to visible crisis. But the girl who always showed up? She was simply expected to keep going. Her capability made her needs invisible.
The more capable you are, the more invisible your needs become — to the system, and often to yourself.
I’m Claire. I spent over a decade as a Speech Pathologist in acute hospital care — high-pressure, high-stakes environments where I saw this play out at the highest level, every single day. Brilliant women rising into leadership roles, carrying enormous responsibility — and doing it without anyone ever helping them build the internal capacity to actually sustain it. Their capability meant they were trusted with more. It also meant their needs went unseen.
The stress accumulating quietly in the background. The subtle signals their bodies were starting to send — signals that were easy to push through, until they weren’t. Not separate problems to manage alongside everything else, but the body’s way of saying that capability alone was never going to be enough. That something deeper was needed.
Some were running on adrenaline, one decision away from the edge. Others had already hit the wall — burnt out, depleted, blindsided by how they’d got there when they’d always been so capable. And some were functioning well on the outside while quietly sensing that the way they were sustaining it wasn’t sustainable at all. Different stages. The same invisible need.
Burnout doesn’t happen because you weren’t strong enough. It happens because capability was mistaken for self-sufficiency — by the system, by the people around you, and eventually by you.
I recognised it because I was living it too. The irony wasn’t lost on me — here I was, a healthcare professional dedicated to the health and wellbeing of others, while my own high-achieving patterns were quietly doing damage to the very thing I cared most about protecting. My health.
Capable and committed on the outside, running on fumes inside. And when I went looking for support that addressed both performance and health at the root — something that went deeper than generic wellness advice — I found the same gap every one of my clients would later describe to me. It simply didn’t exist.
Doing that work changed everything. Not overnight, but fundamentally. I found my way back to clarity — a mind no longer fogged by pressure and overload. To calm — a nervous system that could finally regulate rather than react. And to conviction — a deep, unshakeable belief in my own capacity that no longer needed external validation to feel real.
Clarity. Calm. Conviction. That’s not a luxury. It’s what becomes possible when capable women are finally given the support they’ve always deserved.
That’s why I created That Health Hub. Drawing on my clinical training in psychotherapy and hypnotherapy alongside my background in health science and leadership, I built something that treats performance and health as inseparable — because they are.
A place where high achieving women are finally seen. Where we help you regulate your nervous system, rewire the patterns driving burnout and self-doubt, and build the genuine internal capacity to lead sustainably — without compromising your health to do it.
The Big Vision
Despite much progress, women remain under and over-represented in all the wrong places. Still under-represented in boardrooms, politics, and the Forbes Top 500. Yet over-represented in health statistics — functional gut disorders, autoimmune conditions, Alzheimer’s disease, and countless more conditions whose causes remain largely unexplained.
That is not a coincidence. It’s the price women pay for a system that was never designed with them in mind. Something has to change. We have to change.
I invite you to join me in creating a world where women rise to the level of their potential — respected as equals, supported to sustain their health, and taking their rightful place in leadership and in life.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can Therapy Help me?
Yes, therapy can help you. Therapy provides a safe space to talk about your feelings, challenges, and goals with a trained professional. Whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, issues at work, or just need guidance, Psychotherapy can offer support and practical strategies to improve your well-being. Psychotherapy can help you understand your thoughts and behaviours better and can lead to positive changes in your life. If you’re ready for change, open to exploring your issues and working on solutions, therapy can be a valuable tool for feeling better and achieving your goals.
What sort of Therapy do you offer?
We offer a range of therapies tailored to your needs, including Strategic Coaching, which helps you achieve specific goals through actionable strategies; Gordian Psychotherapy, designed to quickly address and resolve complex psychological issues; and Clinical Hypnotherapy, which uses guided hypnosis to reframe negative thoughts and promote positive behavioural changes. Whether you choose Psychotherapy, Coaching or Hypnotherapy, each therapy is crafted to support your journey toward personal growth and mental well-being.
How many Sessions will I need?
The number of Gordian psychotherapy sessions a client might need can vary based on their individual goals and challenges. Generally, strategic therapy is designed to be focused and goal-oriented, so you might see progress in a relatively short number of sessions.
Typically, clients might start with 4 to 10 sessions, but this can differ depending on how complex the issues are and how quickly you make progress. In each session, you and your Psychotherapist will work together to identify your specific goals, develop a plan of action, and tackle any obstacles you’re facing.
As you work through these sessions, you’ll refine your strategies and adjust the plan as needed. Your therapist will help you stay on track and measure your progress. Some clients may need fewer sessions if they quickly achieve their goals, while others might require more time for deeper or more complex issues. The focus is on finding effective solutions efficiently, so the number of sessions is tailored to your individual needs and progress.
How can I schedule a session?
To schedule a session, the most convenient option is to Book Online. You’ll find “Book Online” buttons on all pages of our website. Clicking one will guide you through a simple, step-by-step process to select your preferred date and time for an appointment. The process has been designed to be quick and easy for you.
If you’re unsure about which service is right for you or if you have any specific questions, we offer a free 15-minute Discovery Call. During this call, our team will provide personalised assistance, help you understand your options, and address any questions you might have. This is a great opportunity to get the information you need before booking a session.
What is Strategic Coaching
Strategic coaching is a focused approach to helping women achieve their personal and professional goals. It’s all about identifying a clear purpose and creating practical steps to reach it. Unlike general coaching, which might cover a wide range of personal growth topics, strategic coaching zooms in on specific challenges, like moving up in your career, growing a business, or improving aspects of your personal life.
During the coaching process, we work closely with you to understand where you are now, clarify what you want to achieve, and develop a personalised plan to get there. Coaches offer guidance, support, and accountability, making sure you stay on track and tackle any obstacles that come your way. The goal is to help you make smart decisions, use your strengths, and see real, measurable progress.
Strategic coaching is especially beneficial for people looking to boost your performance, manage life transitions, or address specific challenges in a focused and effective way.
What is Gordian Psychotherapy
Gordian Psychotherapy is a type of psychotherapy that aims to quickly get to the heart of complex emotional or mental issues. Named after the Gordian Knot, the idea of solving a complicated problem with a simple, direct solution, this approach focuses on helping you identify and resolve the core issues that are causing you distress.
Instead of spending a long time in psychotherapy, the goal is to provide you with clear insights and effective solutions that lead to real progress in a shorter amount of time. This method of psychotherapy is especially helpful if you’re facing tough emotional challenges or long-standing problems that have been difficult to overcome.
What is Clinical Hypnotherapy?
Clinical hypnotherapy, is a method that helps people make positive changes by guiding them into a deeply relaxed state, similar to being in a trance. In this state, your mind becomes more open to suggestions, making it easier to address issues like anxiety, quitting smoking, managing burnout, or overcoming fears and phobias.
During a session, the trained Hypnotherapist helps you relax and focus, allowing you to more effectively explore and alter certain thoughts or behaviours that are no longer serving you. Even though you’re in a relaxed state, you’re still in full control. You can choose what information you want to take on board and what information is not relevant or helpful to you. Clinical hypnosis works by tapping into the subconscious part of your mind, where many of our habits and emotions are stored, helping you make lasting changes in your life.
Can Anyone be Hypnotised?
Most people can experience the benefits of Clinical Hypnotherapy, but the ease and effectiveness can vary from person to person. Generally, people who are open to the process and able to focus their attention are more likely to experience better results. Factors such as willingness to engage in the process, the therapeutic relationship between client and clinician, and ability to relax play a role in how well someone responds to hypnosis.
However, clinical hypnotherapy might not be effective or appropriate for everyone, especially if there are certain mental health diagnoses or if the person is highly resistant to the process. Qualified and Experienced hypnotherapists will assess your suitability for hypnosis and tailor the approach to your needs.
Is Clinical Hypnotherapy Safe?
Yes, clinical hypnotherapy is safe when carried out by a trained and qualified professional. It’s a non-invasive method that helps you relax into a state of focused attention allowing you to work on various psychological issues.
During a session, you remain in full control and can stop or come out of the relaxed state whenever you choose. There are no physical risks involved since hypnotherapy does not use medications or physical procedures.
Clinical Hypnotherapy is designed to help with emotional and psychological concerns, but it’s important to let your hypnotherapist know about any diagnosed mental health conditions you might have so they can adjust their approach as needed. Reputable hypnotherapists follow ethical guidelines and avoid making unrealistic promises, ensuring a safe experience for you.
How much does Hypnotherapy Cost?
The cost of clinical hypnotherapy can vary depending on several factors, including the location, the therapist’s experience and availability, and the length of the session. Some therapists offer sliding scale fees or package deals where multiple sessions are required.
It’s a good idea to check with the specific hypnotherapist for their rates and whether they offer any bundles or packages. Additionally, check if your private health insurance covers hypnotherapy. Please see our Packages and Pricing page for information about our Services and Pricing.
Are your Therapists Qualified?
Yes, our coaches and therapists are qualified professionals. They have completed extensive training and education in their field, which includes earning degrees, certifications, and licenses. This training ensures they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide effective therapy focused on Women’s Health.

You can trust that our team have the qualifications and experience to help you with your concerns and work towards your goals.
Can I do Therapy Online?
Yes, you can do therapy online including Hypnotherapy. It’s a convenient option that lets you have therapy sessions from home or anywhere you have a private space and internet connection. Instead of meeting in person, you and your therapist will connect through video calls, and phone calls.
Online therapy works just like in-person sessions, allowing you to talk about your concerns, experience Hypnosis and work on your goals with your therapist. It’s a flexible and accessible way to get the support you need, especially if you have a busy schedule or live far from our therapy space.
