During a session, the trained Hypnotherapist helps you relax and focus, allowing you to more effectively explore and alter certain thoughts or behaviours that are no longer serving you. Even though you’re in a relaxed state, you’re still in full control. You can choose what information you want to take on board and what information is not relevant or helpful to you. Clinical hypnosis works by tapping into the subconscious part of your mind, where many of our habits and emotions are stored, helping you make lasting changes in your life.
Is Clinical Hypnotherapy Safe?

Yes, this program is available online via Telehealth or In-person from our Therapy space in Mornington, VIC.
Telehealth is a convenient option that lets you access sessions from home or anywhere you have a private space and internet connection. Instead of meeting in person, you and your clinicians will connect face-to-face through video calls.
Therapy intervention Online offers the same benefits as in-person sessions, allowing you to talk about your concerns, experience Hypnosis and work on your goals with your therapists. It’s a flexible and accessible way to get the support you need, especially if you have a busy schedule, cannot travel, live far from our therapy space or prefer virtual consultation from the comfort of your own environment.
